Yoga creates the space we need to hear our hearts and feel the signals from our bodies (our bodies have soooo much wisdom). It does this by taking us out of analytical thinking, releasing stress and tension, and bringing more coherence to our hearts and minds.

Meditation is not easy because it can be uncomfortable to find stillness in our body and in our minds, to face our thoughts, and become more aware of our behaviors and motivations that might not be in alignment with how we see ourselves. A teacher can greatly help your progress on your path, and can help you overcome some of the obstacles on the path to learning how to meditate.
