This makes it difficult to feel into our soul, and to feel our needs and desires. When we don't hear these things, we tend to make decisions from a place of expectation rather than by listening to our heart. Yoga creates the space we need to hear our hearts and feel the signals from our bodies (our bodies have soooo much wisdom). It does this by taking us out of analytical thinking, releasing stress and tension, and bringing more coherence to our hearts and minds.
