I come from small town Ontario and have spent my life studying and understanding yoga, meditation and the mind body connection.

I must have been an explorer in a past life because I have always felt drawn to follow different paths in order to see and experience as much as I can in the short time I am here. Each day truly is a gift. I spent a few years traveling and living in different countries, taking many courses over these years.

These experiences, along with a Chakra Yoga Teacher Training, really expanded my perspective of life, the world, and human nature. I struggle with multiple health issues as a constant backdrop in my life, but this has only fueled my drive to understand the mind body complex. Over the years I have come to believe it is possible to fully heal from the most difficult of health challenges, and the secret lies in the mind body connection.

My issues have been beautiful teachers of my own intuitive guidance system. In fact, some issues appear when I’m not following my path. Yoga and meditation have been invaluable in helping me stay grounded and to trust my own instincts on my path to heal, and I’ve made amazing progress.

I am dedicated in my own practice so that I can continue to expand my ability to live more in the present moment. This guides me, moment by moment, to help others live a more aligned, intuitive, and intentional life.
