Meditation

Meditation is the key to Wellness.

If I could teach people one tool to help them to start live more intentional, intuitive, and an aligned and a happier life, it would be Meditation:

Every single day (if possible), and I will explain why.

As humans our minds think approximately 7000 thoughts a day, but we are only aware of a tiny fraction of these. Most of these thoughts are unconscious. We may not even be aware that we are living with a negative mindset.

The part that most people don’t understand is that our thoughts (and emotions) are creative – they literally move the energy around us and create our lives. If our thoughts are creating our lives, and we are thinking 7000 thoughts a day that we may not be aware of, (and our lives are not working for us) - then what are we thinking about all day? How do we find out?

Meditation!!!

Meditation is not easy because it can be uncomfortable to find stillness in our body and in our minds, to face our thoughts, and become more aware of our behaviors and motivations that might not be in alignment with how we see ourselves. 

This is when one needs a teacher to help guide them.
