Yoga for More Balance - 1.5 hrs IN PERSON or ONLINE

These are specialized sessions to help you go deeper, to connect with the true essence of how yoga works, and to learn to connect with your heart and intuition.

Are you looking to create and maintain a personal yoga practice to go inwards and listen to your heart and intuition?

If so, we may be a good fit, and I would love to speak to you. In these sessions my aim is to design a personal yoga practice that fits your goals and life perfectly, and to motivate you to stay on track with your practice. As someone who has maintained a personal practice for years, I can offer useful tips and strategies to help you overcome common struggles people have with executing and maintaining a personal yoga practice.

You are welcome to book these sessions as and when you need them: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at a monthly interval that suits where you are at in your practice. Included with your booking is a free online meet-up, so I can learn more about you, your goals, and where we may need to focus your practice. In the beginning we will focus on creating a yoga and meditation “habit”. After we have that established, we can then go deeper into your intuition. We do need the foundations of a practice before we can access the intuitive part of yourself.

***price can be adjusted if you are looking to meet frequently, as our online sessions would not be as lengthy***

What is included with these private sessions:

A 30 min Google Meet Connection Call: to help me understand more about you, so I can prepare for your in-person session.

A 1.5 hr Learning Session: in-person, or online (add $50 to travel to you), to practice and review what you will be doing at home individually.

A 30 min Google Meet Follow Up session to “check” in session where you have the space to ask questions and I can help to keep you motivated and on track.

Each Connection and Follow Up session we will review:

Your current lifestyle, diet, and current state of health.

Areas where you may be feeling stuck.

Tips on maintaining a personal practice that fits your lifestyle.

How we can keep it simple, so it doesn’t become overwhelming, and you give up.

During our Learning Session, I will teach you the following depending on your goals:

A yoga sequence that suits your body, mind, fitness, and health goals.

A meditation practice that suits your current level of practice, including absolute beginners.

A breathwork practice that works with your body and mind.

Visualization as a tool to keep you on track with your goals.

Journaling as a spiritual practice.

Suggestions on maintaining energetic health to support your physical life.
