A Gentle and accessible class. Come as you are. Suitable for those new to yoga or wanting to build solid yoga foundations.


This gentle, accessible class is perfect for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to slow down and return to the basics. We’ll move at a slower pace with a focus on safe alignment, breath awareness, and foundational postures. Each pose is clearly broken down with detailed instruction, making it easy to follow and adapt to your body’s needs. Whether you’re starting fresh, returning to practice, or navigating pain or health concerns, this class offers a supportive space to build strength, stability, and confidence on the mat.
